many small fixes

• fixed a crash that could happen if a spinner enemy spawned after you died
• fixed an issue when the powerup wouldn't move into the arena if it spawned in the top section of the arena border
• Ball Lightning:
  • Increased damage dealt per frame from 3 damage/frame to 5 damage/frame
  • Ball Lightning is now destroyed if it leaves the arena
  • Ball Lightning will move closer to the enemy before it stops moving
• Wire Blink:
  • Increased chaining radius from 256 to 288
