Another Generic Space Shooter v1.15.1

A couple quick tweaks

• Fixed a freeze that could happen if you got really unlucky when turrets spawned and they never came into the arena. Ever.
  • I never found this myself and I can't even confirm this is an actual thing, but it's theoretically possible and in the world of RNG that means it is possible
• Fixed a crash that could happen when the Spinner enemy spawned when the player was dead
• Atomic Knife:
  • Increased cooldown from 7 seconds to 9 seconds
  • Decreased direct hit damage from 1000 damage to 250 damage
  • The knife no longer ignites nearby enemies upon contact
  • Instead of exploding upon contact, the knife will create atoms on contact
    • The atoms explode when destroyed
    • The atoms are destroyed either by shooting them or when hit by another explosion
